I can't believe nobody else commented on this!! I took a minute to think about it, and unfortunately, I am (or have been at one time) guilty of every single one of those spiritual "beetles". Fortunately I am also practicing at least a few of the practices listed above, which have helped me a lot in the fight against those pesky little beetles (ha-ha). I personally don't think all of those practices are necessary, I think its very personal, some things are just more important to some people... but practicing at least some manner of spiritual discipline IS important. ...Alright, I'm not sure how much sense it made, but there's my 2 cents. :) ~Lia Hi Adam,
